Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sorry to take a bit a friend of me and my husband passed away suddenly last Tuesday Getting back to Serenity Point In response to their letter, the attorney general does not agree or disagree with either party They did close and I can sent this information The problem I have is like I said after months in April until the end of August nothing Then I receive a letter from the collection agency (which I have been in contact with twice) I have tried times to call Pat F [redacted] Sept 19th and 21st and today the 28th Left messages and no return I know for sure I owe them $according to my insurance Blue Cross/ Blue Shield PremieraThe problem I think is the facility charges $per urine exam, now I might have had I do not know, I have asked for paper work again and with no availIf that be the case 20x32=$plus $ The problem with this is the facility NEVER billed my insurance and now it is 1-years old and they only go back year So therefore I am screwed by the facility not doing their jobI asked maybe times during my time there about the billing Major problems and I spent hours with my insurance going over what the facility had or had not sent So I would appreciate negotiating with them Thank you , [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

Sorry to take a bit a friend of me and my husband passed away suddenly last Tuesday.  Getting back to Serenity Point.  In response to their letter, the attorney general does not agree or disagree with either party.  They did close and I can sent this information.  The problem I have is like I said after 4 months in April until the end of August nothing.  Then I receive a letter from the collection agency (which I have been in contact with twice) I have tried 3 times to call Pat F[redacted] Sept 19th and 21st and today the 28th.  Left messages and no return.  I know for sure I owe them $210.00 according to my insurance Blue Cross/ Blue Shield Premiera. The problem I think is the facility charges $32.00 per urine exam, now I might have had 20.  I do not know, I have asked for paper work again and with no avail. If that be the case 20x32=$640.00 plus $210.00.  The problem with this is the facility NEVER billed my insurance and now it is 1-2 years old and they only go back 1 year.  So therefore I am screwed by the facility not doing their job. I asked maybe 10 times during my time there about the billing.  Major problems and I spent hours with my insurance going over what the facility had or had not sent.  So I would appreciate negotiating with them.  Thank you , [redacted]
