At this time, I have been contacted directly by Serenity pools LLC regarding complaint ID 11512555, however my complaint has NOT been resolvedHe said I should have some kinda of check in the mail by Saturday or MondayHe has told us that once beforeHe told us what he was and was not going to pay!
