BPM is really not a good property management companyWhen they manage my property, they told me that they would ask for my permission if a repair requested by the tenant is higher than But they did the repair without my permission that cost Then they told me that if they don't, the tenant would request the rent decrease and assume I would not like that happenA lot of non-senseI decided not working with them after the lease was endedBut when the tenants moved out, the tenant left a lot of trash in the house and BPM just let it happen
Well, after vacating a lease from this companyThe charged outrageous prices for cleaningThey kept my entire $deposit and want $beyond thatThat has was in good condition, when I left The charged $for lawn, $for cleaning and $dollars in carpet cleaningThat almost $dollars in chargesWith no evidence of physical damage to the property
This business is terribly at responding to emails and phone calls in a timely mannerDuring the two years I used them, we would have to call at least three times before we could get to talk to our property manager or before whatever question we had could be answeredOur property owner was under the impression from the company that they would be conducting move out inspections between each tenantThey were not over at least years that I specifically know aboutWhen we moved out, we were saddled with the cleaning of this accumulation, as well as ridiculous fees of damage and cleaning that do not match up with what we were told by the ownerWe will be appealing and taking them to court as needed
BPM doesn't care about it's tenants! All they care about is the rent! Since their properties are insured, they are not concerned if any damage occurs to the property But as far as a tenants' life, well being, piece of mind and belongings they could care less!!!! They don't want to do repairs and when they do, it's MONTHS after I put in a request And when they do the repairs it takes them forever to finish Not to mention the TRASH that is left behind by the maintenance crew What kind of operation is this? I have to clean up behind the maintenance crew? I'm not informed at to what is being done or when it will be completed My home is just left in disarray!!!!
