Review: I purchased this eye cream as a compliment to the Joven Skin cream advertised on line in late February 2015. The advertising said for shipping fees you could try this product. Before I even received the first product and tried it, I received another shipment in late March 2015 along with a fee to my credit card. I was not pleased with the product and now have received another shipment. The shipments from March and April were unopened and I wanted to return them for a refund and stop all future shipments. I was told by the customer service representative, [redacted], I could only return the April shipment that they had a 30 day return policy. When I asked about not being happy with the product it did not matter, and in fact she attempted to have me keep the product for a diminished fee even though I was not happy with the products. I have purchased similar products from other companies who permit return of all products even if used. So I view this company as deceptive and conducting poor business practices. There was also no paper trial in terms of bill of sale or fee within the product boxes except for my credit card billing statements. This was a very bad experience. And they charge a restocking fee, I do not remember seeing that in writing.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund for all unused products since I feel that is the best business practice. I am returning the April shipment but would like the March shipment to be able to be returned and receive a refund.

Review: On Nov7, 2015 I was attempting to order an eye cream product from Instatox. While on that website I was presented with a free trial offer. Since I had not gone to another site , I thought it was the Instatox company and said yes to the free trial. There was no mention of joining a subscription program nor any other ongoing sales plan. I was billed 5.00 for shipping and handling which I knew was the case. I recd the item in the mail and knew immediately it was the wrong item but I wasnt going to pursue it for the 5.00 fee. Then my Visa bill was charged $84.75 on Nov 23 2015. I called the company but they stated that si nce I didnt tell them within 14 days of signing up for free trial offer, I would be charged. When I went to their real website, I found their terms and conditions . You are required to click on terms and conditions on the very last page in the proverbial small print. Upon reading the terms, it says you have 30 days to opt out of their subscription program, it also states that by simply clicking on their website you agree to their terms (even though you have to find the terms and click to open them. Ordinarily you have to check off a box or some other affirmative response on the consumer part to show you have read and agree with the terms so at least you are making an informed decision. I hope you will read the terms statement and see how many ways

you can be tricked into "agreeing" with the terms.

I hope you can help me get a refund on the onerous charge and make the company change their very deceptive practices. Please contact me if you need further information. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Refund or removal of 84.75 charge from my charge account.
