The reason I’m not agreeing with them they never told us no refund, they also promised it would be here in 2-weeks and when I called M [redacted] at Ace buildings he told me they are so backed up and I told him if they can’t have it when they promised us we wanted our money back that’s $that’s a lot of money we would have never paid that if we had of known they wasn’t going to give a refund, all we want our money back or let us get something else that would equal up to our deposit amount that’s only fair because they don’t tell you about the NO REFUND policy until after the fact that poor customer service not telling customers about a policy is the same as lying to them

refused re-delivery of that buildingCustomer signed delivery form in which he acknowledged he is responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery if he gives us permission to enter his premisesTherefore, we WILL NOT fix any yard or possible damageOwner encouraged customer to take his business elsewhere

Customer order an enclosed carport. They were informed that the company that we sell for was running behind. I called the carport company and had the install date moved up. Customer was satisfied with that. On Friday, Jan. 12 customer called and said they were going to cancel anyways because her and...
her husband was splitting up. I informed her that she had given me a chance to get the date fixed and was set for install. She decided to cancel it and we do not give refunds based on marriage issues. Customer had previously purchased a portable storage building which was delivered and setup just as customer had requested with no issues. As stated above, we do not give carport refunds due to marriage issues. Thank you, Management
