I'm responding to the complaint...

identified by ID [redacted]. Please note that the attorney/client priviledge applies to any communication between myself and my client. As a result, I need to reveive a written authorization from this client for me to be able to discuss this matter in further depth with you.
Please note that we vigorously deny the allegations in the complaint and I would refer my clients to the conversations that we have had that related to the increase in the ad valorem taes and how that affected her case. Please note we are meeting with Ms. [redacted] and her daughter on Monday, November 24, 2014.
I would be happy to meet with my client. If the bankruptcy has been dismissed due to the firm's fault, I would have been more than happy to make this matter right. However, I do not believe that my office was responsible for the issue that caused her bankruptcy to be dismissed, all I can do is offer her the opportunity to re-file her case.
As a result, I once again reiterate that my firm did everything it was contracted to do and did so in a professional and ethical manner. Therefore, I fully expect the complaint to be dismissed.
