Sergio's Lawn service did work at our property in Peoria on Wednesday August 29, We were given the following information by an employee at phone # ***: The owner is Sergio V***, address is *** * *** *** *** ** ***This business is licensed,bonded and insuredThey were hired to trim branches off a tree in the front yard that were laying on the roof and trim a bush along the front sidewalk.The remainder of the job was to remove weeds and rake gravel in the front and back yardThey have done similar work there a few times priorThis time they took it upon themselves to cut down to the ground a FanTex Ashe tree that was planted two years ago because they determined it was dead (Which it was not)the cost at that time to have that tree delivered and planted was $At no time was it discussed or permission given to trim or cut anything in the back yard other then weedsSeveral phone calls have been made to the company and the owner Sergio,is never there and apparently cannot be reached I have only spoken to a man named JosephEach phone call I asked for their insurance information so we can file a claim or what they want to do to make this rightWe have had no follfrom them with an answer
