our support and asked us to set up our software on new computers at a new storeOur support team transferred *** to our salesman to negotiate pricing for our software at the new storeOur salesman told *** that if he wants to track data at both stores that he would need to purchase the software and central officeCentral Office allows both stores to share dataThe salesman told *** that he would email him a quote of the costs and *** was mad that he wouldn't say it on the phoneeGenuity's policy is to send quotes so that the agreement is on paper and not hearsayUncomfortably our salesman told *** the pricing he was going to send in the quote as *** for our software and for central office*** agreed, so we sent the quote*** then calls back to our salesman complaining about the pricing*** thought the pricing was *** The salesman laughed, but was not directed towards *** and said no no no our software is *** *** demanded a better priceOur salesman said that's our prices and the call endedNext day, *** calls back demanding better pricesSo our salesman said the bundle can be for *** and *** agreed on the phoneOur salesman sent the purchase agreement, then right away *** calls back demanding a better priceOur salesman said that is what we agreed on and *** wanted to talk to someone elseSo our salesman passed *** onto another salesmanThis salesman told *** the same pricing*** then says he doesn't want central office and wants our software for cheaperSo our salesman sends an agreement for *** for the software*** calls again saying he wants a cheaper priceOur salesman chuckled and said *** we have given you all the discounts we can do*** then says on the phone, why are you laughing at me? If you were standing in front of me right now, you would not be laughingSo our salesman told *** that he is not going to be threatened and ended the call

I do not appreciate being laughed at on the phone and not being told and shown in detail on what i'm paying for I should have the right to ask all the questions I need before signing a contract and they did not want to take the time to answer all my questions just want me to sign even though I had so many questions yet I can not agree and sign if i'm not fully assured in what i'm getting
