In response to letter received, here is our response; On September 09, 2015, Miss [redacted] in came into our shop stating that he was referred by other people and recommended us to them, then her first statement was: (This is a brand new car-) Then called the responsible person Mr [redacted] and gave him my estimate [redacted] then said- we had a bad experience in another shop- to which I replied do not worry will do the needed repairs- to which she repeated again, (This is a brand new car)Kept repeating oftenAfter car was ready, Mrcame in to pick it checked the car very carefully- (the only thing he missed, was to used a "magnifying glass" and again ("This is a brand new car) [redacted] then "found "insignificant flaws- he said he could not accept the car like this, again was said (This is a brand new car)So, we answered; we do not have a problem, So when he asked- Next Tuesday [redacted] came by on Tuesday noon car was not ready until tomorrow, we told himNext we received a phone call from Mrs., stating- her husband said he had check the car's interior and it was full of overspray- stating again" (This is a band new car)I responded kindly, Don't worry let us finish this jobOn Wednesday, [redacted] was in my son Christian dealt with him and asked -what overspray are you talking about? [redacted] replied Oh no what I said was "dust: Any way [redacted] seem to be fine with it shook hands with Christian , Thanked him, both checked car in the parking lot, then took off.Five minutes later, a telephone from them, alleging the passenger side door handle had a chip (first she said inside , when I replied we do not get "messed around or did anything inside the car -then she Oh no there is one rock chip on the outside [redacted] was told we never touched/handled that part., [redacted] got mad and stated that he knew a lot of people and will be telling them about thisOh next day they left a message stating they were missing the spare tire(only the spare tire)The only reason for us/me to open the trunk was to look for the paint code number who was under the carpetUntil this day we have never had taken any inappropriate actionine years of service in this area, we have had an honest service and a good reputation to our nameWe have never had an experience like this with this type of people/personsIn yrs in this business, never had such experience, in my opinion, they seem to be paranoidThank you very much
