I tried contacting the business but they completely ignored my email. They created an app called dice Royale. It advertises easy payouts. The smallest payout you can get is $10. I, along with many others have experienced the issue of the game suddenly stopped paying so you cannot hit the payout. This is completely false advertisement since they advertise people actually winning money on their app. This company has the app set so they don't actually have to pay out any money, they just make people think that they will win money
We are an architecture firm based out of Twisp, WA called Serious Fun Studio. We are not in app development and have no connection with the mentioned company and app in the customer's complaint. This person is confusing us with another business. We hope they can resolve their issue with the correct party.
