We have researched this order and found that a full refund was previously provided to the customer via their Amazon accountAs a third party seller on Amazon we do not handle payment transactions, therefore they would need to speak with Amazon
directly if they do not see the credit to their account

The business response stated it was shipped by 9 Mar but the product was just delivered on 21 Mar 16. Also, I attached the response from DHL customer service regarding the delivery of the package. Nevertheless, the company stated they will provide a full refund for the book titled Federal Regulatory Directory. Please keep this case open until a resolve is reached. (see supporting documentation)
