We have indeed been contacted by the attorney for Mr***, privately in writing, by mail, through his attorney We have responded to his offer in writingand will give him until August to make good on his written offer to us If he does so by that time, we will consider the matter closed, and will withdraw our complaint Mr*** must simply make good on his offer in order to close this matter to our mutual satisfaction, so it is up to him at this point As a sign of good faith on our part, we will not comment further on the matter unless and until it becomes necessary on August

This is a contract matterOur attorney has been in touch with Mr ***The facts are he has signed off on everything contract wise stating it was done to completion (all hold-backs have been released with his approval) and now hoping to get a little extra money out of our companyWe never
"guaranteed" mold remediation certificate which was told to Mr *** multiple times by us, his attorney and our attorneyWe have reached out to Mr *** informing him that if he does not stop with his allegations than we will be taking him to court for many things including but not limited to filing complaints to the Revdex.comWe have been in business many years now without one complaint ever, because we work hard and want to give people the respect and the quality workmanship they deserve.
