I was informed at renewal time that Serra & Delvecchio would be my new agent for my auto and homeowners when my former agent joined their company I have not had a very good experience I have made at least phone calls where I received an answering machine and left a message...none of which were returned On two additional occasions I was fortunate enough to have a live body answer the call I explained that my former agent was very quick to respond to any questions and that I had been with him for several years so I wanted to continue since he was working with them now I asked to have my policy reviewed to see if I could get lower rates A different agent took all the information and was going to get back to me within a "few" days A week went by and no call I finally was able to get through again and was told the papers were on the person's desk and she would get back to me tomorrow as she "took the day off." Waited two days....no call Called again and person who answered phone said that I would get a call the next day "if she had to dial the phone herself." Indicated I had an appointment in the AM next day but to call after 12: Came home and there was a message on my phone that the agent "was working from home" and left a number I could call back Needless to say if they can't provide me with service to get a policy I have no faith that they will provide me quick service if and when I needed to report a claim
