I purchased a car from this dealershipI purchased a warranty that I was told I could cancel if I wanted too later on.On 6/16/I went into the dealership and filled out appropriatel paperwork to remove the warranty from my contract.I was told it will take days for them to cut a check to the bank whom my car loan was throughAfter days passed I made phone calls to the finance manager and no call back.I complained to a general manager and he said he would over night a check.That never happened and I got the run around from his assistant

The lack of a plan or the timing of a plan is unacceptable Their poor communication and lack of follow up is further unacceptable I don't differentiate between the VW dealer and the VW manufacturer They are all VW to me For the dealer to try to put off the issue onto the "manufacturer" when the dealer was the one who sold me the car is unacceptable

Their solution is just for me to waitIt doesn't sound like they are offering any options at this point

Besides terrible service and very incompetent documents filing ( they forgot to provide very necessary foments during the purchase process) I am still waiting after days for a check for my trade in with them, in spite of several assurances that the delivery will be done in five days after the purchase

I bought a VW Passat from this dealership a few years ago, and when I returned my vehicle to VW on *** as part of the nationwide Volkwagen legal settlement for their fraudulent emission system, Pete told me he would definitely issue me a refund for the extended warranty I had bought when I bought my vehicle (it is standard practice for all VW dealerships to issue refunds for extended warranties to customers who return their vehicles as part of the legal settlement for VW's fraudulent emission scandal)I paid over $*** for the extended warranty, and it was made useless by VW's fraudPete told me to send him an email with my information so that he could process the refund, but he hasn't replied to my initial email, my follemail, or my two phone messagesMeanwhile, other VW dealerships all over the country have been issuing refunds for extended warranties to customers as soon as they return their vehicle as part of the legal settlement

The warranty has been canceled and we are awaiting funds from the warranty company as soon as funds are received we will over night payment to lien-holderVehicle can be paid off and refund amount can be given directly back to the customer with proof of payoff.

The answer is no, as of today I have not received a refund checkMy initial request for a refund with the dealership was in June and I countionusly get the run around with the dealershipThey promise I will receive a refund and nothing is ever sentThey also will not will provide me with a specific date that it will arriveAny help that you can assist with getting this matter resolved would be greatly appreciate it!
