I have attached the supporting documentsIn the 4-21-Inspection log it states that inspected that vehicle and found the repairs the be madeWhen I spoke to the AsstManager he then stated the vehicle was never inspected at the time but "listened to" and that is how they made the besteducated guess on the diagnosisI feel that they cannot comment on the state of disrepair without a physical viewing the actual items that may or may not be causing the problems

Manager he then stated the vehicle was never inspected at the time but "listened to" and that is how they made the besteducated guess on the diagnosis. I feel that they cannot comment on the state of disrepair without a physical viewing the actual items that may or may not be causing the problems.

I am rejecting this response because I am not satisfied Servco Kauai [redacted] has no explanation has to what the problem may be and is trying the blame the Third Party that has been servicing my vehicle. At this point, my car still has not been looked at but "listened to" to determine the issue.

I am rejecting this response because on the back of this warranty enhancement, in contrary to what was stated by Mary H[redacted], it is stated the vehicle will NOT illuminate a malfunction indicator lamp or set a diagnostic trouble code should this condition occur. I had no reason or indicator to check my vehicle prior and still believe the Excessive Oil Consumption Issue is at fault.
