Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Although the installation of the zone valve was not explicitly stated, the contract did say "all equipment, labor, and tax are included"It does not sound reasonable to me that a zone valve is not part of "all equipment"

I am rejecting this response because:Dave and I have gone through all the arguments in the previous emailsBoth of us have our own interpretations to the contract and neither of us can convince the otherI did not want to waste time and continue arguing with Dave because I had not seen any progressThat is why I paid my bill and filed my complaint here: I need a neutral third party to judge the case

Good AfternoonIt is true we replaced the boiler and near boiler piping but specifically not the headers or zone valvesOur warranty covers the labor and materials for year. The part in question was not included in the purchase agreement, or the installers material list and the cost was not

Review: Servco installed a new boiler in my house in February 2015. The technicians also installed a new zone valve, though it does not actually control any zone in my house. I was not sure why they installed it. In May 2015, this new valve failed and Servco sent a technician in and replaced it with a new one.

Although it was clearly stated on the contract that "all equipment, labor, and tax are included", Servco still charged me more than $250. Their explanation was because the valve was not explicitly listed on the contract so they did not charge me for the valve. Since I did not pay for the valve, they refused to provide warranty to it. I cannot understand why valve was not included in "all equipment". I tried to communicate with Servco but each time I got pretty much the same excuse.Desired Settlement: Refund the money which they should not have charged and apologize.

Review: Servco oil sold me a new water heater system and I paid for the installation as well. However, it took several relieve valve openings for them to realize that they should have installed a thermal expansion tank as well. But they charged me additional cost for thermal expansion tank and relieve valve.Desired Settlement: Eliminate the charge for thermal expansion tank and relieve valve.
