I can't even get anyone from corporate on the phone about the abysmal experience I had attempting to send cookies to my son at Harvard as a birthday surprise. Not only was my confirmed order never delivered, but I was told it couldn't be delivered the following day either. I have ordered for a son at a different university with great success.

Review: We have ordered from this business several times and they are consistently late. We ordered again this evening at 8pm and were told our order would arrive with 30-45 minutes. After 1.5 hours we called and were told that our order was cancelled. The store claimed we were "outside their delivery range." We asked what their delivery range was and we are clearly in it - not even close to the border of it. We reminded them that they have delivered to us on several other occasions as well. Their customer service was appalling and they refused to either apologize or deliver to us.
