Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Recieved a letter from Serve stating that they found no fraud on their end and told me if I had issues it would be wise for me to contact my financial institution I have done just that and reported the two transactions on my debit card as fraud, the bank account I had attached to served has been closed due to this It amazes me that a simple ip address confirmation would have shown that I did not make the account changes etc So in the end I would tell anyone who is even thinking about working with serve to not do so They have zero fraud protection, and if they claim they do, it is a complete and utter sham In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

American Express mailed our response to the consumer today

We responded to the consumer via written correspondence on May **, The consumer needs to allow – days for mailing time

The consumer’s additional correspondence contains no new information to which [redacted] can respond at this timeWe must respectfully request that the consumer wait – business to receive our letter

Here is the letter they sent me , however, I had over $on this card of cash I have loaded! They dont even mention in the letter about my cash I have loaded on the card!!!!!! this is a major scam they are pulling! I cant afford to loose $ please help me!;(
