Waynes participates in deceptive collection and account creation practices.

Waynes uses a deceptive process to try to gain customers who may unknowingly pay a bill for a service they themselves never authorized and was not actually provided.Even after several phone calls to the local number given for Waynes XXX-XXX-XXXX telling them I did not want their service they still send these deceptive past due bills.I even got a call back from one of their reps trying to pressure me into purchasing their service and after again having to refuse over the phone several times and being assured they would remove me from their mailing list, they have not.
Waynes performs an initial service on a new home for a builder than tries to deceptively pressure home owners into paying them for continued service. They also make it seem like they have serviced your home when they have not since the initial work performed for the builder.
My fake cr is XXX-XXXXXXXX last statement dates 6/18/202 and 7/16/202.
As I never entered into an agreement with Waynes for their service nor does the builder hold a power of attorney for me or have any other authority to enter into an agreement upon my behalf.

There are numerous Revdex.com complaints against this company for this practice. I am sure there is language in the consumer protection act that prohibits this type of predatory marketing.
