I purchased a product from the business but promptly canceled it the same day (2/18/20). I received an email that my order was canceled and I would be refunded, but no refund has been posted to my account. I contacted the Company today (2/19/20) about the refund and was told I would be given an update later today. I have received no update and no refund. I canceled my order not even 5 minutes after placing it, my card would show an immediate credit.
