I (the company owner) took the liberty of calling our customer directly today When I looked into her order details, I could see that her order was delivered within the correct parameters, however a follow up call had not resulted on our end I explained that this should not have
happened and apologized for any confusion and/or frustration our lack of response may have caused I also explained that steps have already been taken to remedy that issue going into the future.The customer was very kind and extremely grateful I do believe it was just a "spook" that was created when she couldn't get ahold of us right away...and that is certainly understandable this day in age with online fraud etc While we are not in the office on the weekends, a follow up call attempt had been made that following Monday We were not able to get through on the first attempt, however secondary attempts should have happened until we were able to get through We admit this error and again, have already implemented new customer service strategies for just this situation All-in-all, I was delighted that the call ended with yet another happy customer She received her merchandise and has already suggested it to others
