This company showed up to my house on a day when it was degrees outside My thermostat was set at 70, it is degrees in my house This guy has the nerve to say nothing is wing with my system You can definitely tell he was working on the side of the home warranty company that I have I explained to him how outside unit was making a loud noise He started to me yeah the compressor is probably going out But then hours back and temps warranty company nothing is wrong with system They should be ashamed Then tech started to cursh at me before he left

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

You can definitely tell he was working on the side of the home warranty company that I have. I explained to him how outside unit was making a loud noise . The customer requested a service call through his Home Warranty Insurance Co., a third party Insurance company that contracts the work out to contractors for each requested type of service. The customer is accurate in stating that I was at his home for 20 minutes, but what he did neglect to inform the Revdex.com is that it took one hour of drive time, one way, to route to his home. An, accurate assessment of his insufficient cooling whas reported to his Home Warranty Co., and a new AC unit was requested by Service Ace. The Home Warranty Co. denied his claim, not me. If Mr. [redacted] had called me, I would have gladly reimbursed him his $60.00 deductible payment. It is very unfortunate that, for sixty dollars, Mr. [redacted] would try to strike a mark against my company; a highly respected company with [redacted]'s [redacted] However the reason for this unfortunate incident, I will reimburse the requested amount to Mr. [redacted].
