I went to service all vacuum and the owner Scott was very rude right from the time I walked in the door. His demeanor and customer service skills were very poor. He didn't want to help me at all because I had a $40 vacuum. He said that my vacuum is trash and I should buy another one. He said he doesn't care if it's under warranty or not because he's not going to fix it because it's just a $40 vacuum. He repeatedly said " its a $40 vacuum". The price of the vacuum shouldn't matter I'm still a customer. He made me feel like my vacuum was worthless. This was just one of many issues I had with Scott at service all vacuum. I don't want anyone else to go through all the headache I had to. Not to mentio all the phone calls back and fourth between Scott and the warranty center because Scott would tell me something completely different then the warranty center.
