A couple months ago I found this company in the edition of "Ranking Arizona"SDL was ranked #in their field of landscape designI spoke with the company and made an appointment for MrBrian Connolly to come to my home and discuss what we wanted to have done The appointment day and time came and MrConnolly never showed upNo one from the company bothered to call us about any type of delay/rescheduleI called the company and asked where he was and if he was going to show up for our scheduled appointmentThe lady (receptionist?) I talked to was very curt with us and she asked if I wanted his phone numberI asked if he would call back and she said, "Do you want his number [or not]? I called MrConnolly's number and left a messageHe never bothered to return my call This company was rated #in the magazine and I have no idea why they should rate so highlyInitial contact was friendly but they never showed for their appointment and never contacted me again I recommend to anyone looking for a landscaper, avoid these folks
