The attached document consist of only work orders with Service Doctors, as they haven't left paperwork on numerous occasions I know for a fact I had at least service calls in and additional service call in and service calls in I have called on 8/2/to the main
office asking for a copies of work orders and invoices that are related to *** *** **, elkridge, mdI was told their system is crashed and they lost all the documentation for my account except for the unit installation invoice that have been paid in I was told that there is currently no balance on my account and they will call me back when system is recoveredI have called once again yesterday and was told that my request has been sent to accounting and I will need to give them more time to put invoices togetherI am not sure how else to contact the firm, as all the calls are re-routed to the answering service and I get the same answer all the time. I will be trying calling Service Doctors to collect work order for each service call that was places since the unit installation in 2012. As I stated in my original complaint, only this summer I had Service Doctors coming out to my house timesFirst service call was placed at the end of mayThe appointment has been scheduled for days later and tech never showed upWhen called to the office the appointment has been rescheduled for next dayThe technician came in hours lateHe simply replaced capacitor in the AC unit, without even checking pressure or temperature in the system This have not resolved the issue, as there was a leakI had temperatures around 85-in my house for the entire weekWhen complained to the Service Doctors, another appointment has been set The week later another technician came in and added coolant, diagnosing the leakHe said I will be charged $per each pound of coolant and suggested to set up service to find and remove the leakThe outside unit is under warranty for another year, so he said if the leak is outside there will be no charge I have called and set appointment for leak removalOn June 13th, yet another technician came in and found the leak on the pipe connection to outside unitHe replaced the small part inside the cap on the pipe, claiming that leak is fixedHe also added more coolantAs I disputed the reason I am being charged for coolant, he called the owner of the company directly and we spoke on speaker phoneIt was per direction from the owner of the company that tech did not charge me for coolant, as the part that was broken and caused the leak was under warrantyAfter this conversation, I was a witness of office manager calling and yelling at the technician for charging my unit with coolant and used profanity towards me calling me names for disputing charges with ownerManager was unaware that technician used a speak phoneRegardless of this unpleasant situation, the technician was very nice and tried the hardest to stay professional and I had my hopes that leak is really fixedOn July 30, the Ac stopped cooling againWhen I called the Service Doctors they stated that I owe money for the previous service When I stated that it is under warranty for another year, I was told they cant help me no and I should call back maybe on MondayI had no AC since Saturday July until yesterday.Yesterday I had AC unit serviced by Environmental ServicesThe document of service is attachedThe more coolant was added and the leak was diagnosedI have paid $for lbs of coolant, with $per each pound after if I needed it ( for comparison with $per pound of coolant with service doctors)I didn't need any more that pound for system to start workingI have scheduled appointment for leak removal for Monday August 8th and it was quoted at $224. I called Service Doctors to fix my AC system which seemed not to be working on a Friday nightThen I changed my mind and said I would wait until the next day, as I was uneasy about having men in my house after dark, but they insisted and said they were on their wayThe two men came to my home, and spent no more than minutes here, and charged me $810- $for a capacitor control and $for some freonNo cans of freon were to be seen anywhere, just a watering canThey did not tell me what was wrong with my unit, what work they needed to do or an estimate of the price, before commencingThey just handed me a practically illegible bill for $after about half an hour of work The Professional Diagnosis on the bill said "Not Working"!! I think I could have told them that myself! Afterwards, I checked on the price of capacitors and found that they cost no more than $This is highway robbery! I am senior citizen living alone, and felt that I had no option but to pay the bill I called the company the next day to complain, but all they said was that they "had to make a profit" The whole episode made me feel vulnerable and very upsetNever ever, ever use this companyThey are crooks and cheats

Although as part of the info in the complaint it specifies to inform Revdex.com if business and I have been in contact. We have but there is no way I could find on the complaint page to let Revdex.com know that a tech came out last week and saw that the incorrect part had been installed. It will take a bit to get the part (it's an expensive part) and they will replace for free. I'm OK unless I don't get the part replaced but I didn't give a drop dead date for replacement. If not replaced within the next few weeks I will contact the company for an actual date. The actual cause of the furnace problem was not due to the wrong part which is why I'm allowing leeway in time of replacement

This company is terrible! I had a horrible experience with this companyI contacted them with a problem with my ac unitThey informed me that I would need a new unit but after installing the new unit the problem still persistedI called them again only for them to tell me that the new unit that was installed was not compatibleI was then told after days in the heat with no air that they would return again the following day to replace a coil which might not fix the original problem

Customer don't want to pay us for our service which we provide, that's why customer never call us to pay our money, until we involve our legal team in this matter. After review all the document credit company deny to give money back to customer and may cancel customer dispute. So know customer try to get her money from different path. We send our technician to check Water heater whenever customer want us to come, to provide fast and reliable service we order required part on same time. We provide our 100% service to repair customer Water heaterWe spend $($for gas value and $for pressure value parts cost paid to part store). If we didn't involve our legal team, then customer never going to pay us for water heater repair. Then also if customer do charge back, then we are helpless. Some people think, they can hire any service company to repair and after work is done they can deny to pay. Some people think, they can hire any service company to repair there appliance, and after get service, they can do the charge back (play with credit card company and merchantservice) and get there money back. I have called Service Doctors to repair my refrigerator, when it stopped cooling.
Let me start with the positive: They have been courteous, polite and very responsive. And this is why I did give them a rating of 3 out of 10.
The negative is: they sent a guy who did not seem to have a clue on what is wrong with my fridge, so that took 3 appointment over two weeks and few good hundreds of dollars to replace a control board, for no good reason (in my opinion).
Since there was no change in the fridge performance, none whatsoever after the so called "service", I requested they refund the money. So they sent another guy, who did know about fridges and was able, within minutes, to tell me that the compressor is busted. I chose not to pursue any further "fixing" and again requested a refund.
They agreed to only refund half of the money, because they replaced that control board. (even though, if you ask me, that was a random replacement).
Anyway, I did get almost half of my money back, and learned my lessons:
1. Check Revdex.com reviews prior to calling any service - There is a reason for their F rating
2. Never ever call Service Doctors again.

Customer raise 2 points and I like to put my respond on that,1st why we charged $365.00 to customer if we make invoice for $386.90.       "We send our technician at customer house May 05, 2017. When my technician went to customer house, he meet with tenant. after diagnose the problem my technician call Landlord ([redacted]) and give price $365+Tax to repair Water heater. Customer give approval for work, and want us to order part. So my technician make invoice for $365.00+tax, and mention on signature (phone authorization ). On 05/08/2017 our office supervisor call customer around 4 PM, and told our technician is running late, and he will be there around 7:00 PM. Customer said she will asked her tenant and then let us know. Meantime customer said why your technician said brand which your company install is not good. Our office supervisor told customer, you want our technician to repair water heater without replacing part. So that's why our technician told you this water heater get control everything by control assembly and gas value assembly. So we can't repair your water heater without replacing part. But you understood wrong. Then she asked about some discount or less, because we install that water heater 7 years ago. Our office supervisor told customer we gave you 6 years part and 2 years labor warranty, which is already over, so we can't give you any discount. Our office supervisor told her part cost for gas value assembly it's self is $290.00+Tax+$23.00 (over night shipment)=$330.40, so we are not charging any extra labor. We are charging only $50.50 which is our minimum expense (For gas and etc). Customer was upset, to make customer happy our office supervisor told, we are not going to charge you TAX. So once work is done then you need to give us only $365.00. Customer happy with that."Because of that we did charge customer $365.00. We mention that one in my first reply. 2nd point customer raise, we refuse to come on 07/28/2017 to do work under under warranty.On 06/08/2017 customer put dispute on charge threw credit card company. So after approx 10 day my Merchant Service took money form my account, and we didn't get full money for work. And our account team try to work with Merchant Service. We get dispute on our money, Customer never give us call on 07/28/2017. Customer call us on 07/31/2017 around 5:30 PM, and our office dispatcher schedule this call on 08/01/2017 between 9-12 AM. (Dispatcher was not aware about the situation, so he just schedule that appointment.). On 08/01/2017 our office supervisor came and saw this call in our schedule, so he called customer around 8:15 AM and told her you put dispute for your credit card charge, so we can't send our technician until this dispute get resolve. Customer start yelling on supervisor and said now I will put dispute on my whole amount, and complaint about your company in Revdex.com. Our supervisor told customer, we can't help you out until you paid us full money, or that dispute get resolve which you threw credit card company. Customer said I will see how you get your money, and disconnect the phone. Because of this reason we didn't send our technician back to customer house. We send our technician 4 time at customer rental property, without any extra charge. But once customer put dispute so we can't help customer, until we get our full money. After that customer said her signature on our invoice are forged. We never mention it's customer signature or customer sign on invoice. My technician and office talked with customer our the phone only. On invoice we mention Phone Authorization. Mrs. Gualini don't have nothing to prove her point that's why she is making her own story. Customer also said If we make invoice on 05/05/2017 so why we didn't charge her card until 05/28/2017. In my previous report, customer don't want to pay us money for this repair. Once all work is done on 05/09/2017 then customer said I will call your office after 4 PM, because I need to make sure with my tenant there was not anymore issue in water heater. After that customer never pick office phone until 05/13/2017. On 05/13/2017 customer make excuse not to pay, and start yelled on office dispatcher, then my office dispatcher said, on Monday our office supervisor will come and talked with you. On 05/15/2017 around 9:30 AM, our office supervisor called customer and once he find customer not going to pay money, he told customer we will send our technician back to your house to take our installed part out, and then you don't need to pay any money. Customer said no one in home, I will call you and let you know when you guys can send someone back to take parts out. We didn't get any call back from customer side on 05/15/2017. So on 05/16/2017 we send our technician to customer house, he wait for almost 1 hour there but he didn't see any body at customer house, he leave note on front door at customer house. Once we figure out customer not going to pay any money to us. Then we involve our legal team in this case and then customer give us credit card and we charged customer card on 05/26/2017.As customer also mention in her reply "I do not have any documentation showing the agreed-upon charges because I called the company on the phone, hired them over the phone to do a repair at my rental property with the tenant, and then paid them over the phone as well."So from starting customer planing about this,  She don't want us to pay for service. Please asked customer did she approve for $365.00+tax for repair on 05/05/2017, and why she didn't pay us money once all work is done and she get service from company. We worked hard to make money, we know In landlord and tenant situation, some time landlord can't come to rental property to paid for service. To make landlord and tenant life easy, we take credit card our the phone on trust. and get approval our the phone. Review: I had contacted Service Doctors on 11/13/14 regarding me not having any heat in my home. They told me a technician would be out between 11 and 2 to see what the problem could be. He looked at the furnace and told me that it was the control board. In the meantime the technician did something and the heat came on, I asked his assistant what did he do to get the furnace working and he told me that he did a bypass to make it come on. I then informed the technician to go ahead and replace it since I needed heat and I was not approved to replacing the furnace. He said it would cost approximately 600.00 to replace the control board. But the cost came out to be 454.74.

After 10 minutes he informed me that the work had been done. I asked him if I could see the old part but he told me that the part was taken to the truck because it contained mercury. I said OK ( I didn't know). I then gave the company a check in the amount of 200.00 and another for 256.00. After about two hours the heat went off and I could not get it to come back on. I contacted the company and asked them that I needed someone to come back to my home since the heat was still not working. They informed me that their was no one available at the hour I called which was 6:00 or 6:30 pm. At that time I was truly upset. I needed heat in my home so I contact another company and they came out and informed me that Service Doctors never ever did any of the work that they stated on the repair order.Desired Settlement: I want them to truly be truthful with their customers because in my heart they are cheating and lying to make a quick buck off of customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Review: An AC system was installed in April of 2009. The system was sold to me with a 5 year warranty. I called today to ask for someone to come out and check a humming noise before the blower started and was told my information was not in their system. I was holding the receipt for services in my hand, I emailed it to [redacted] and he said thats not his company. Well, I said it says Service Doctors and it has your address, so I am guessing it was your company. He denied and said unless I could come up with the receipt that was left at my house the night it was repaired, he would not honor it.Desired Settlement: Please call to schedule a visit to check the system.

They just handed me a practically illegible bill for $810 after about half an hour of work. The Professional Diagnosis on the bill said "Not Working"!! I think I could have told them that myself! Afterwards, I checked on the price of capacitors and found that they cost no more than $40. This is highway robbery! I am senior citizen living alone, and felt that I had no option but to pay the bill. I called the company the next day to complain, but all they said was that they "had to make a profit". The whole episode made me feel vulnerable and very upset. Never ever, ever use this company. They are crooks and cheats.

Review: The heat pump unit purchased in July 2013 from Service Doctors is broken and the heat is not working. They have been attempting to correct the problem since October 25. Today is November 30, 2013. They keep telling us that they need another part… and then a few days go by and they try a part… and then they say they need another part. Then, a few days go by and still the part is not the right one or does not work or is faulty. It appears that the entire [redacted] unit is flawed. The air condition was broken for some parts of July and August. So, there has been no heat in the house since October 25, 2013. I have called the owner several times and left messages. He has not returned any of his calls. I've asked his administrator to set me up for a meeting with [redacted], the owner. He will not meet with me nor speak with me. This problem has persisted for 6 weeks. They are not responsive. They do not return my calls. They are not appropriately servicing their unit that they sold to me this year. Also note that the service technicians are usually lacking adequate competence to handle the problems that they encounter. They are poorly training and have little or no respect for the customer.

This is an irresponsible company with no regard to the customer.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund or a complete unit replacement.

Ac was working but was sluggish in 90 degree weather. Scheduled for them to take a look, they called at the time of the appointment to cancel. Came over the next day, after they left ac worked WORSE than before. Called them an hour later they said it had to "reset" for two hours. Called back after two hours they said they'd come out at 10pm. At 10:30 after no show we called and they said they'd have to cancel! So they cancled TWO appointments, broke our ac completely, and charged us $400.00. I had to drive our baby around for hours to get him to sleep and to keep him out of the hot house. Do NOT use this company. They will break the appointments, break your appliances, lie to you, and then take your money!

Review: We have a 10 year warranty on the water heater purchased in 2009 (5 years ago) and we have a letter from the company extending the manufacturers 6 year warranty to a 10 year warranty. Water heater is malfunctioning and needs service or needs to be replaced. Company will not return my phone calls, I've called over 5 times keep getting the same response: "someone will call you back" and nobody calls back and nothing is being done.Desired Settlement: Either fix or replace the water heater, or give me a refund and I'll get a new one myself.

Review: I called Service Doctors to come out to my rental property. They were over 30 minutes late. The tech said my control board was bad, I explained that my furnace was only four years old and I didn't understand how it could go bad so fast. He told me that my furnace was the worst one you could have and I needed to replace my furnace. He told me the part would not be covered under warranty and it would cost over $500. The next morning I had another tech with another company come out. All my furnace needed was a good cleaning, adjustment and one small part replaced. I immediately called Service Doctors and asked for a refund. They told me no problem send the invoice showing they misdiagnosed the problem and my refund would be issued. For two weeks they told me the check was on the way. Then, I received a call saying I would not get a refund because the properly did everything. I spoke with a "manager" named Kamal and he said I should have told them what the problem was, I explained they are "supposed" to be the experts. I plan to sue them for the money if its not refunded.Desired Settlement: I want the refund that they promised to give me.

Review: One year ago, a Carrier A/C unit installed by Service Doctor in 2008 failed and it took them 11/2 weeks to repair. Two weeks ago the same unit failed with the same problem and the provider has continued to give me the run around about the part not being in. I think they are trying to avoid correcting a problem that is under warranty.

Review: On Thursday 01-23-14 I called reporting that Heating system purchased on 09-05-11 is inoperative. Employee stated that repairman is scheduled to report between 8 and 11am on Friday 01-24. Repairman did not show. Called about no show and was told that repairman would show between 1 and 4pm. Got call from repairman stating that he would not be able to make it until next day, Saturday (01-25). Received call Saturday early morning from repairman stating that he would not be able to show up until late afternoon to evening. Received call Saturday evening from office stating that repairman will not show up until Sunday 01-26 in am. Called during am inquiring as to time repairman would be available and was told that I was scheduled for "4 o'clock". Four o'clock came and again repairman was a no-show. Called office and employee stated that repair had called in at 4 o'clock stating that he would not be making call today and to inform customer that repair would not be attempted today. Obviously the office did not inform me ! I have been without "heat" since Thursday 01-23 on the "COLDEST" days in many years ! I am cold, cold, cold !! I need my system fixed as promised by their warranty and (so-called) service commitment. How is it possible that I could be put in an 8am to 11am service window on 01-23 and not receive any visit to date ?! They are playing games with my health !!! This is reprehensible !!Desired Settlement: I need HEAT !!!!! This unit is under ten-year warranty. According to weather services the record cold will be much more severe over the coming days.

Review: We had Service Doctors replace a failed saddle valve that was installed on July 5, 2011 on the hot water pipe from my water heater to a [redacted] Central Humidifier system. The failed saddle valve is under a ten year warranty and had failed twice. Service Doctors knew that the saddle valve was a bad installation and the technician that fix it the first time told me that if it failed again, I needed to request that a Sweaty Saddle Valve be installed. The saddle valve failed, so Service Doctors finally came out after serval cancellations to install another saddle valve over the original valve, leaving the failed valve on the hot water piping from my water heater. The technician that I spoke with claimed that the saddle valve was an unreliable valve and that it will continue to fail each year, so I asked Service Doctors to install the Sweaty Saddle Valve. Although my valve was still under warranty, Service Doctors charged me over $290.00 to install the new Sweaty Saddle Valve on February 17, 2014. Today, February 27, 2014, my wife found that the Sweaty Saddle Valve that was just installed had sprung a leak on the lower solder weld to the valve, spraying hot water throughout my water heater and central air/heating room. My wife called ###-###-#### to explain that the water was spraying from our hot water pipe, but the customer service representative claimed that no one was available. My wife got upset and tried to explain that she could not wait for Service Doctors to respond to an emergency request for service. The Service Doctors customer service representative ended up hanging up on my wife. When my wife called back, the same representative told my wife to just turn off the water to the house and someone would contact her between 8:00 - 10:00 on Friday, February 28, 2014. I called the service phone number for Service Doctors and got the customer representative. She explained that there was nothing she could do because she contacted the Manager, [redacted], who claimed that he would call back my wife. I explained that my wife closed the main water valve to the house, but the water was still leaking heavily. She wanted to take my phone number so that the Manager could call me back, but I explained that I was calling from overseas and could not be reached. I then had my wife contact [redacted] and the repair technician arrived to the house within an hour. The [redacted] technician notified my wife that the installation made by Service Dictors was not within specifications and was considered temporary. The top and bottom union joints were inappropriate installations, so the technician had to remove the incorrect union joints and reinstall the Sweaty Saddle Valve to the [redacted] Humidifier. I have a ten-year warranty with Service Doctors, but cannot get these people to respond to any emergency in a timely manner. I paid them extra for this service and I am not getting the service that I paid for. They advertise that their service in 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, but to date, we have had problems with them responding to ou emergencies which are still under warranty. I expect to be reimbursed for the emergency call paid to [redacted] since Service Doctors refused to respond to the call for help to stop the leak. The improper installation failed and caused water damage to my residence. I expect to be compensated for all damages. The [redacted] receipt will be provided for the repairs made to Service Doctors' improper installation.Desired Settlement: Refund the emergency call charges paid to [redacted] and pay for all damages to my residence in the room containing the leaking Sweaty Saddle Valve. Respond to service calls in a timely fashion and respond to emergencies as advertised.
