for *** ***.We do not dispute what *** saidThe good news is that this installation was completed 9/(coincidentally the day after the complaint was issued)While we did the first part of the installation, we did not immediately order the city inspection so that we could finish the last portion of connecting to the gas meter so that their gas range would function in a timely fashionThis unfortunately happened during one of our record heat waves and we were trying to keep up with "we have no A/C" service calls those two weeksWe have taken steps to ensure better communication with our customers by adding an additional scheduler so we're more proactive than reactive.Thank you for the opportunity to respond.Sincerely,Jim G***
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is far from satisfactory to me The hope for my complaint was two-fold, first to get him to finish the job he was paid for and to let others know that this business can't be trusted to finish the job on a timely basis as stated, at least that was my experience His poor communication, lack of follow-thru and even his own failures to meet his own timelines indicates a serious disregard of his customers and people should know this before hiring this contractor.Sincerely, *** ***
