Charged for rental in error - Will not refund
My daughter was involved in an accident in January and the other driver was at fault. The other driver's insurance had Service King on their list of approved repair shops. When we spoke with Service King we were assured that it was a "one-stop shop" and that we could get the rental at their location and all work would be performed. My daughter had to give a card number in order to get the rental car. When the insurance would no longer cover the rental car - Service King assured her that they would take care of the rental cost during the completion of the work. About two months after completion of the work - her card was charged $250 for the rental. I have contacted them for several months and been told each time that the funds would be refunded - we should not owe anything. We have waited and waited while continuing to contact the shop in McDonough, GA and to date - no refund.
