Do not use this service. I had a washing machine that stopped spinning. They said it was a arburator switch (spell that). They dismantled my washer, put it back together and ran the spin cycle to prove they fixed it.
I paid $219 for this. Now my washer leaks!! It didn't leak before! They refuse to even acknowledge they had anything to do with it leaking (it did not leak before). I asked the guy on the phone for his name thinking he was dispatch. I call back during the day and the same man. Today he refuses to give me his name, just that he is the owner.
The guy was such a jerk to me on the phone. I called another repair company and they said they stand by all their repairs and how can this guy know his guy didn't do something as simple as nick a hose or something. The other repair company says they stand by all they do.
Now that I told him I was going to complain to the Revdex.com he left me a very nice polite message on my answering machine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
