Service Linen Supply Inc Reviews (4)
I believe what the Client is explaining when speaking with our Service Manager is that we make every attempt to correct deficiencies, however, based on a customer requested to cancel a valid contract we would always make them aware what early termination involves We request, per the terms and
conditions of our contract that deficiencies be put in writing; this is of benefit to both Client and Business so that the issue is in front of us and gives us an opportunity to fix the deficiency The complaint alleges something has been wrong since It would never be in any interest to let true issues go on for this long and not be addressed I am surprised to hear this complaint and would like to lay the foundation for rectifying the complaint It would be my intent to speak with this customer, have them put in writing exactly what needs to be cured and give us the opportunity to resolve the issue per the "Inadequate Cure Notice" section of their contract Based on the complaint I can't be sure what they refer to when they say "shortage", is that based on the returned delivery count or the perception that they need more product above and beyond their delivery quantity They are correct, we do charge an off schedule delivery charge if additional product needs to be delivered prior to their regular delivery day, but again I would be happy to discuss the circumstances surrounding this event and work with the Client There was no mention what the account name or number is so I have no way of checking into this further for the customer Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint, we would be happy to discuss this further with the customer
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I am rejecting this response because: Account# [redacted]The quality of linens received from MediCleanse and Service Linen Supply have been way below an acceptable level of cleanliness. There have been sheets with burn holes in them. Also sheets with the occasional band-aid, medical tape, black marks or scary soiled stains on them. I cannot recommend this service to anyone who wants a quality product and service. In addition, the inaccurate delivery of linens has put an undue stress on my business that has been costly and time consuming. Several times I called the MediCleanse/Service Linen office to correct shortages of delivery. Sometimes it was rectified. Sometimes it was not. It is unacceptable to have to send a certified mail complaint every time the delivery count is off. That would have been at least once a month for the last 3 years. I just counted 40 inaccurate deliveries of linens from 4/7/14 to 4/12/17. That includes the last 4 weeks, whereby I have received no linens, yet my bank account was charged each week for the deliveries!
