Our Central Air suddenly wasn't cooling a few days ago I needed service promptly and did not have any references so I searched Revdex.com listings very thoroughly and called a few companies for timelines and service call quotes While companies attempted to book immediately, Tim inquired about the problem and offered information on the phone The cooling was still poor and it was going to be very hot out for the next few days I gauged my contact with each company the previous day and decided I preferred the direct contact I had with Tim I called Tim back and he & Craig were able to come out the next day The problem was diagnosed and fixed within minutes Its a hot day, the humidity and heat inside was high and the place cooled down quickly Its a very old unit and hopefully it keeps going this summer, but we were afraid we were looking at a complete replacement, so we were glad the repair was quick, easy and everything they were doing was explained thoroughly

Customer brought their washing machine in for a diagnosis on 8/21/15 and paid the $79.00 diagnosis fee. We called customer later in the day to inform them that the motor had shorted out. Service technician tried another motor we had in stock, but the timer also shorted out. The lid switch checked...

out OK. Customer was called and informed it would cost about $350.00 for parts to fix this washer. We were advised by the husband that he did not want to fix the washer. We offered to scrap it for them and he stated that was fine.Aimee put a “Scrap” sticker on it and had the technician take it out of the shop and put in the scrapyard.Customer then called back a day later and decided they wanted the washer back after all. They were told it was scrapped, as per their instructions, and they became very upset. They were told it had been scrapped, along with a load of appliances that we took to the junkyard. We then offered them a refurbished washing machine from our floor. They declined the offer, and said they were going to look for a new one.The last conversation we had with this customer was that they were going to buy a new washer. They were not upset at all, and told us that their washer was old and they figured it couldn't be fixed. I had a furnace, water heater, and air conditioner installed at my old house and another air conditioner at my current house installed by Summer Comfort. I recommend them and will continue to use them for my hvac needs.

My partner and I replaced our electric stove/oven with a gas unit. With advice from my brother I called up Tim to hook up the gas line. Do not regret my decision. Tim and his employee are extremely communicative and friendly. Price was more than reasonable.

A few weeks after moving into the house we had some problems with our furnace/air-conditioning. Once again, we called Tim. He came by made some changes and things have been running a lot better since.

Tim is always quick to respond, is very communicative, and gives you straight forward answers. Best of all, he is very reasonably priced.
