FANTASTIC SERVICE! We woke up Valentines' Day morning to severe water damage to our upstairs hall bathroom, master bathroom and part of the hall. Unfortunately the water also seeped down and was leaking from our Family Room Ceiling onto rug. Within 1 hour of talking to Service Master a crew was onsite. A second crew joined 2-3 hours later. Both crews worked to remove the bathroom tile, toilets, 1 vanity, affected drywall in the bathrooms, downstairs ceiling, carpet and padding. Fans, HEPA filters, and a Humidifier was left both upstairs and downstairs. The crew was here until 7 pm. I could not have asked for faster or more professional service from the crew. They have been by each day since checking the status and it looks like tomorrow the contractors may be able to finally start construction, wahoo. [redacted] is a great project manager, as well as everyone else. Special thanks to [redacted] and ? [redacted] who were the first onsite and did an amazing job while waiting for everyone else to show up.

ServiceMaster performed tasks not needed after a small flood in my businesss so they could bill a higher amount. The Project Manager, [redacted], was rude to me and my manager. A technician hit the entrance door hard with the dehumidifier and cracked the bottom of the door. They denied doing it and I have to take care of replacing/paying the glass. The building manager called ServiceMaster, however, I will NEVER hire ServiceMasterin the future.

Review: Contacted firm 8-12-2012 for assistance after a water line broke in our home,eventually flooding 5 rooms.During the initial call I informed them that 30 some boxes in storage were wet and needed to be moved and re-boxed. A crew arrived, surveyed damage and mopped around furniture. I asked them to move furniture out of way only to be told they'd be back Monday. Two Supervisors arrived the next day, took samples of ceiling and walls saying a crew would be back on the third day. A crew arrived, moved boxes, again leaving furniture in original location. After the crew left my Wife found my Grandfather's wooden cane that had been in storage stuck in the City trash barrel. This cane had been used by Gramps when I was a young child and is a cherished item to me. The total lack of respect shown by All Care reps for our items is disgusting. The furniture I requested be moved on the first day wasn't moved until the 5th day into a storage container provided by a sub contractor.Desired Settlement: Another subcontractor erred during removal of paneling by disconnecting power to our refrigerator causing spoilage of contents. When made aware of this we readily came to an agreement for monetary payment for food lost.I've received no further contact from All Care other than a request for me to sign documents which I told them I was still very upset with the way my wife and I were treated and the lack of respect shown by their crew. I am willing to talk to them and come to a resolution.

This note is in response to complaint #[redacted] from [redacted]. We have been in contact with Mr [redacted] and resolved all of his concerns. After further investigation of the issue it seems that there were no service issues but rather Mr [redacted] was not comfortable with the situation. While we strive to give every customer "Peace of Mind" in this case we did not hit our goal.

I did ask Mr [redacted] what we could do to resolve the situation or to make it better. He state that "$150.00 - $200.00 dollars would make it all better". While we do not agree or like this type of situation we wrote him a check for $200.00. He stated he would notify your office that the situation was completely resolved.
