I am rejecting this response because:I told the owner of all the problems that are very visible in our sun roomThe owner did not at any time say her would repair or refund us for the mistakes.He blamed all the faulty work on his employees and told us they don't work for him any moreI was refunded approx$for work that his company doesn't do.(Wrap the trim with siding) Quiet franklyWe wouldn't want him/ his employees to work for us again.We reject his response.We don't want other people to have to go through what we didWe don't want others to spend all that money and time and have nothing but sloppy workmanship to show for itHe should refund us or $1500.He didn't come out after the first initial visit to see how the job was going.We complained to the workers and the job supervisorNothing was done right from the startThis is his business.People should know how he handles it
