Review: My family and I had a apartment fire back in sept. and my insurance company paid them 9,000 dollars to clean all my stuff and then I was suppose to pay them 1,000 for my deductible. so I called service master to see if I could set up payment arrangements and the guy that I talked to his name was [redacted], he was very rude! I was trying to talk and explain to him and he kept cutting me off and then he said SHUT YOUR MOUTH AND LET ME TALK! I SAID EXCUSE ME YOU DON'T TALK TO ME THT WAY, I AM YOUR CUSTOMER AND I DONT DESERVE TO BE TREATED THIS WAY!!!! THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME!! I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH ALOT OF ISSUES WITH THEM SINCE THEY HAVE HAD MY STUFF! LIKE THE WAY THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CLEANED MY STUFF! AND HOW THEY TREAT ME! I AM NOT GOING TO BE TREATED THIS WAY AND THEY THINK THEY CAN BECUASE I AM YOUNG! I REALLY HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME OUT BECAUSE I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GET TREATED THE WAY I HAVE BEEN! ALSO WHEN WE ASKED THEM FOR DOCUMENTS OF EVERYTHING THAT THEY CLEANED THEY SAID THEY IT WOULD TAKE A COUPLE DAYS TO GET IT AND THEN WHEN WE WENT THERE TO GET IT THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T GET IT FOR US!!!!!I am not sure if that's the right address for them because there's a lot in Spokane but this is there number and address. ###-###-#### [redacted]WA PLEASE HELP ME!!MY PHONE NUMBER IS ###-###-####! Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] had minor smoke damage to their contents on September 26,2012. We were paid by their insurance company for the cleaning, less their $1,000 deductible. We have made numerous attempts to work with the [redacted]'s for payment. After meeting with them and the insurance adjuster to look over the contents at the beginning of February 2012, which they verbally accepted at that time, it was agreed that they would pay the deductible with their tax return by late February. Mrs. [redacted] called the first week of March and stated they had spent their tax return on other things, so she was borrowing the money from her sister and would have a cashier's check for us the next week. The first week of April we contacted Mrs. [redacted] again to let them know we would have to move forward with auctioning their contents, as they had been in our shop since October 2012 and were being designated as "abandoned". Mrs. [redacted] inquired about making payments and it was explained, by email, that since they had failed to follow through with any prior payment arrangements that we needed payment in full to release their contents. Mrs. [redacted] then called our office and began yelling at our receptionist and was then transferred to [redacted]. [redacted] continued to yell and scream into the phone. [redacted] tried to talk to her about making payments, but he was cut off when he tried to talk. He did raise his voice with her, asking her to stop talking so he could explain the situation, she continued on her tirade. Several of my office staff were present during the call and heard [redacted] trying to calm her down before he finally ended the call. Mrs. [redacted]'s sister then called our office and began screaming and yelling at our receptionist, it was uncalled for at best. Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] have been verbally abusive to my staff on several occasions. Their insurance agent ended up paying half their deductible and we agreed to release their contents pending payment of the $500 balance in an attempt to resolve the situation. They have been picking up their items at our shop since that payment was made and have been disruptive to my business every time they are here. Mr. [redacted] uses foul language in front of my employees. Mrs. [redacted] is confrontational with everyone she comes across. It's embarrassing for everyone to be subjected their outbursts. The inventory list Mrs. [redacted] mentioned was photocopied and given to her the same day she requested a copy. We want nothing more than for them to pick up what remains of their household items and have them not return to our place of business. We have bent over backwards for this young couple. We have been working with them since October trying to get payment and storing all their contents at no additional charge. We wish them all the best, but they are responsible for payment on the balance of their account and have been treated kinder than they have seen fit to treat my staff.
