I am rejecting this response because:The home has a whole home exterior camera system that records 24/It shows service master employees piling the carpet and plastic in front of my flatbed trailer located in the drive wayIt shows service master employees removing various pieces of equipmentIt shows technicians removing the White Junpsuits they were wearing and placing them in a pile/bag located in the drivewayThe two people working on the cabinets was myself and a paralegal at a local law firmI have two signed affidavits stating servicemaster employees never removed the debrisI myself had to have a dumpster delievered and have the stuff removedThe two lights and drill were located INSIDE the same cabinetSo theh took the lights yet not the missing drill located with it? Doesn't make senseFurthermore the senior technician should be able to tell if it's lights typically used by the companyThey are frauds in my eyesI have filed a police report on the theft

On 4/5/State Farm contacted ServiceMaster to take a look at Mr***'s vandalism claimOnce we arrived on site we discussed with Mr*** what we would do to get his home back in orderThere was water damage to the home in the kitchen, bathroom, the crawl space, and the back
bedroom where the crawl space access was locatedMr*** signed a contract for us to perform services at his residenceWe then scheduled with him that we would send a crew there shortly to come in and start the mitigation and dry out of the homeMr*** gave us a key so that we could access the home as he was leaving to go back to workThe crew arrived on site at 3:PM that afternoon and were instructed to only remove glue down carpet squares from back bedroom, plastic in the crawl space, and to extract all remaining water from the structureThey then set up equipment and were done for the day. There was more demo that needed to be done for his vandalism claim however we were not going to do any of that work until an adjuster has been on site to see what was originally thereOn 4/I went to the home to monitor the dry outOnce I arrived and was inside I noticed that the power was offI called Mr*** to have him look into it as we were at a stand still on the dryingI called Mr*** a couple times to see if this issue was resolvedHe did finally get back with me on the 13th through text message to tell me he wanted ServiceMaster to stop work on his homeI told him OK and asked if there was an issue and he said not with us but with his insuranceI told him that I would have a crew at the home today to pick up the equipment and asked him about where to leave the key as the home was vacantHe said to leave the key on the counterI sent our crew over to get the equipment and my senior fire tech had picked up two of Mr***'s lights and brought them back thinking they were ours and that one of my staff had left themI did not find out about this till a couple days later when Mr*** called his insurance to let them know that we had stolen these two lights and one of his drillsI questioned my staff and they did have the light however not the drillThey said there were two young guys there working on the doors to the home and the cabinets. So we tried to contact him to set up a time to meet as at this point I did not feel comfortable with anyone going back into the house in case there was a claim of something else coming up missingMr*** would not call backAfter multiple attempts and leaving him voice messages I asked one of my other staff members to try and reach out to him and see if he would return his callTom the person I asked to call Mr*** left him a message and then Mr*** texted back asking if we had found his thingsTom also told him at a later time that we would need to set up a time to return his lights and key via voicemailPer Mr***'s complaint we do have his lights and key and are very willing to return those to him once he calls to set up a time to meet with himThe key however he said in his text that are attached that he would be changing the locks anywayWe do not have his drillWe did remove plastic and glue down carpet from back bedroom and dispose of in ServiceMaster's dumpsterWe did not remove any other debris from the home as there were multiple other rooms of carpeting that Mr*** had pulled up and piled inside of the rooms in the homeI have also attached the scope of work we did to the home and to reflect the only two days of our our equipment runningThe total amount billed was $for services we did render and have not yet been paid forAlso not included is the time it took for him to take care of his power issue cost ServiceMaster the equipment that could have been used in other customers homesI have also called his Insurance Company to see if any payments had been made and they told me there was a check issued in the amount of $for repairs and that at this time Mr***'s claim was under investigationI have also recently tried to reach out to Mr*** VIA email to once again try and see about getting things settled and try to get all this worked outMr *** still will not do what is being asked of him which is to call us so we can work this out, get him his lights and key, and move forward from all of this *** *** Operations Manager • ServiceMaster DSI Toll Free: • Office: Cell: • Fax: www.servicemasterdsi.com

I am rejecting this response because:The home has a whole home exterior camera system that records 24/7. It shows service master employees piling the carpet and plastic in front of my flatbed trailer located in the drive way. It shows service master employees removing various pieces of equipment. It shows technicians removing the White Junpsuits they were wearing and placing them in a pile/bag located in the driveway. The two people working on the cabinets was myself and a paralegal at a local law firm. I have two signed affidavits stating servicemaster employees never removed the debris. I myself had to have a dumpster delievered and have the stuff removed. The two lights and drill were located INSIDE the same cabinet. So theh took the lights yet not the missing drill located with it? Doesn't make sense. Furthermore the senior technician should be able to tell if it's lights typically used by the company. They are frauds in my eyes. I have filed a police report on the theft
