Yes Parsons did indeed install a window wall system for Mr. [redacted] that was contracted October 21st of 2013, not 2015 as stated in the complaint. One very important fact that Mr. [redacted] failed to mention to "The Manufacture" and has failed to mention in his complaint to the Revdex.com that he has...

an outstanding balance since July of 2014 with Parsons Construction Group, LLC for $3700.00. Also, one other important factoid is that Parsons upgraded his doors and windows to the top of the line [redacted] Brand's at NO charge. The Florian window wall section has been installed to the manufactures specifications. Although the egress door is a commercial door that is non thermally broken and customary and common place to this particular product. In the true spirit of always doing what's best for our customers, a new saddle for the door was ordered over a year ago, but I must confess..... I have not felt very motivated to help this customer given the current situation.Respectfully and Sincerely,[redacted] Parsons
