We are sorry he had an issue, but the part that failed was his original equipment, not anything that we installed. We understand that there were animals involved, however, at the same time we had several customers without water for over a week. We try our best to get to everyone in a timely fashion, unfortunately we couldn't get to him soon enough. When he called us and told us he was going to call another company, we told him we would not pay for another company to work on it. He proceeded to have another company fix it and send us the bill. Before we even did the work, he was hauling water to those animals on a regular basis.
When we called him on June 12th to come out and do the repairs he stated he had fixed it himself and no longer needed us.
Again, I am sorry he had problems with his original equipment but there was nothing wrong with it at the time of the original service and that is why it was not replaced. The second repair was something different than the first repair we did and would not have been covered under warranty.

As stated originally, conduit was overtightened when He did work on 4/28/17 probably causing it to crack. If it was old, a new tubing should have been installed at that time as most other reputable businesses would have done.
