I am rejecting this response because:They are not telling the truth! I did NOT tell the ins. man things would be missing before boxes were returned. I told him they refused to return some requested items and said they didn't have them. HE said wait and see what I get back before I made any complaints. Jess stood right in my livingroom and made the statement that he could not go through my boxes and return the few requested items ( even though I was told I could request items if I needed them ) because there were to many boxes. He said; "I can't go through all the boxes. I have 144 of your boxes in my warehouse and that is to many to go through". I WILL take a lie detector test and make these statements. Will he? He also asked me if I could prove what I had. His wife asked me if I had an inventory of what I own. ALL my items were removed from my property without my permission in the first place. They told me AFTER they were removed that they couldn't put a storage unit on my lot so they took them to [redacted] to their storage. They never tried to call me and they had my cell phone number that they could have called first. I had a larrge storage unit 5 min. from my house that the items could have been put it.
