Shutting the water main would have not helped the continually running water Shoe covers do not protect the carpet in situations such as thesse The just get wet and track more water than if you were not to wear them I did not ask to borrow tools or for the homeowners help
I guessed that there was not a seperate drain stack for just the toilet on an exterior wall, as 90% of the time this is the case Upon, complete diagnosis I did find a separate drain stack This compaintent in this situation did not hire us to diagnose these problems The home warranty company hired us to diagnose this problem There were over two hours in phone conversations with said warranty in determining wether this repair was wear and tear I advised you to not use the bathroom because it was leaking sewage Our customer the home warranty company had not agreed to pay for the repair and at that time neither had the homeowner.I did not tell the home warranty company that the toilets were working properly I only told them, that upon my arrival, there was no clog They refused to do anything about the toilets based on that fact.Our customer the home warranty company was completely in charge of the entire process we are required to go by there guidelines There were multiple options how to proceed with the diagnosis of the leak The homeowner chose to take his own molding down The homeowner also agreed that the drywall needed to be cut open and told me to proceed even if the warranty company did not pay to fix it, it had to be done is what she said I did not say, that I knew, the decorative molding had not caused the leak I found that the pipe leak was not wear and tear At which point, our customer the warranty company, told me to stop I offered the homeowner a price to fix the problem and they accepted.I did tell the warranty company that the access hole was on both sides of the drywall Two holes 5" X 8' I'd check with them as to why you were given only $

I am rejecting this response because:This Company claims to guarantee our satisfaction "If you're not happy, we're not happy", well we are completely unhappy, and you have our word on that! They are very rude, sarcastic and even the reply to my worries and complaints are not customer service oriented I would never recommend their service to anyone I know and we intend on posting on social media and *** *** Word of Mouth to not use their services I am not too sure why they continue to give this *** the benefit of the doubt, but he did need my tools and my help to complete this work Everything he responded in my complaint is a justification and half truths. I remain unhappy with the whole process and hope someone else can learn from my experience

While I respect [redacted]'s complaint and understand her concerns, there are more complications concerning payment than she is indicating.
However, before she filed this complaint we had left messages apologizing for the confusion and asking...

whether she wanted us to credit her credit card or to write her a refund check.
She has since replied and her refund request is being granted.
We apologize for any inconveniences she has suffered and will continue to address any further issues.

The business left one message but they never returned further phone calls that I made and I have never received any reimbursement from this company.

We are showing the check was written and was reconciled in our bank account but there may be evidence that the check was never actually cashed.
We are doing an internal investigation now and if we cannot provide proof of a cashed check by [redacted] by tomorrow morning, we will issue a new check.
