I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

Good morning This is Mike M [redacted] , owner of Service Olympians I am so sorry to hear this I would be glad to refund you our arrival fee I am also sorry to know this had to go to the Revdex.com for this I will refund your money and send you a coupon for a free arrival fee in the future But just so we are clear, my experts are not aloud to work on anything in your home without you there for safety & legal reasons I hope this does not get posted on the Revdex.com as this must have been a miscommunication My Dispatcher tells everyone that we need you there for your approval before we do any work That is why they only took pictures I sincerely appologize

*** called us out, our dispatcher explains on every call that we have an arrival charge of $and then asks if they are the home owner At which time she was told yes We proceeded to the call, our system automatically sends out a text or email to the Client when the Expert is on
the way We do not have any paper, all of our stuff is on an IPADS, no paper to write this on Upon Experts arrival, he noticed that this was a business and not a home, so he called in and asked the dispatcher about this, and she told him to change it to $for commercial arrival charge He then waited for the client to show up We do not and did not charge for waiting He then was informed that she is NOT even the owner of the property and would not pay My office, as directed by me tried to contact the client to see what was wrong, and if we could do anything for her Not harass, and my system automatically sends out emails to collect when someone does not pay their bill Not harass And for the Bill Adjustment, they didn’t pay anything I paid for my expert technician to go to her place that she rents, paid for gas for him to get there, paid for all the overhead, training, insurance etcto help her We have put her on DO NOT SERVICE in our system & we will not contact her again I was told, and have been told to just be polite & kill them with kindness, but I felt this needed to be addressed properly.Thank you very much,Mike M***
