Service Heating & AC, Incprovides excellent service and conducts themselves in a professional manner The individuals that I dealt with: Vance, Aaron, Ken and Jim all made sure that my wife and I were completely satisfied with the job they didThey answered all of our questions, made themselves throughout the installation process and followed up on any concerns we may have had I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to a friend, neighbor or colleague

I would highly recommend this company to everyone Everyone was very respectful and kind They listened to the customer and answered my questions They were prompt and did the work efficiently and accurately Also, they did not charge for the service call Once again, very respectful, courteous, kind, etc There's not much more I can say Absolutely, great For all of you wondering price-wise That was good too Great service

My family was in a real pinch a couple weeks ago when our heat went out on a Friday evening and temperatures outside were in the low 20s and droppingWe called Allied Air Conditioning & Heating Corporation (who had been our "go to" company for heating and air issues previously)After waiting for more than four hours for a tech to come out, we were told "there was nothing they could do tonight," and the earliest they could get us heat would be Monday eveningIt was degrees in our house and getting colder by the minuteThey charged me nearly $to come out and diagnose the problem, offering a solution in no less than hours timeThis was totally unacceptable! I have very young children and this was not a safe living environment for them to endure for three days Fortunately, this is when my wife discovered Service HeatingFrom the minute we reached out to them our frustration and panic turned into relief and gratitudeThe tech on call, Erich, couldn't have been more helpful and accommodatingHe came out to our house around pm (in the snow), assessed the situation and discussed our options with usOnce we decided what to do, he dispatched Adam and MikeThese guys were a stellar duo who stuck around and installed a new furnace for us in the middle of the nightThey took their time and did the job rightBy the time they finished (around a.m.) our house was nice and comfortableNeedless to say, we'll be reaching out to AND recommending Service Heating & AC for any heating or AC issues from this point forwardGreat experience from start to finish!

Vance & Rey were very efficient, knowledgable and friendly. I would recommend them and the company.
