My husband and I can't say enough great things about Service Plus When our AC flooded at night, and days before our new unit was to be installed, Jimmy (the owner) quickly returned our phone call and helped us out He even called back the next day to make sure we didn't need to push up the new unit install When our new unit was installed, the guys that did the work were professional and kind They even offered to help me unload my groceries and held the door for me whenever I was going in or out Jimmy and Dana were nothing but kind and kept us up to date with everything along the way The new unit is in and working great! Thanks Jimmy and Dana!!!

After now experiencing exceptional service not only once, but twice...we felt the need to share. Service Plus is prompt, professional, and trust worthy. It is refreshing to work with a service professional who fixes exactly what the issue is without trying to upsale you or push their agenda. Justin provided service, repair, as well as tips to improve our systems function. We have had both our air ducts cleaned and repair to our AC unit including our capacitor efficiently and promptly.
