Hello I wanted to let you know that *** *** filed a law suit in Small Claims last week I am not sure how this affects our Revdex.com dispute, I know with the A.Goffice they let the court sort it out

*** *** My heat pump system were good conditions and never, never, and never were leaked the freon, Until your technician damaged. If your tech turned off the electric circuit and check the wires then probably would not busted the my freon pipYour tech or your office didn't do nothing to save freon from the leaking3.First time came to my house on 01/03/18., after replaced transformer your technician wired wrong on the(white wire) for the heatDue to wired wrong my heat pump were locked it self. If you are 100% didn't do wrong why do you offer to pay halfNow this point I absolutely 200% CAN NOT TRUST YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR TECHNICIANI do have witness people came to my house stopped freon from my heat pump (air condition), when YOUR COMPANY TOLD ME SORRY WE CAN NOT SAVE OR DO ANYTHING TONIGHTWHY IS IT ANOTHER COMPANY CAN DO BUT YOUR COMPANY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO ITI would like to see the license especially for the electrical matter for the consumersI don't know how is Indiana State Law or how far for permission is But, I will find out and will let you knowYour technician Matt M*** didn't told you the truth about Freon were leak, then why did he changed CAPACITOR on the heater under the fan motor and was going to charge me $but, he said to me, I 'm going through too much so he wasn't going to charge me, I'm pretty sure my capacitor were nothing wrong and he knew what. YOUR TECH DID WIRED WRONG FROM THE BEGINNING, AND DUE TO THE REASON MY SYSTEM WERE LOCKED IT SELF FOR HIGH PRESSUREBUT, YOUR TECH DIDN'T KNOW FOR SURE WHAT IS THE PROBLEMAFTER REPLACED TO NEW CAPACITOR AND STILL LOCKED UP SO HE DECIDED TO CHECK THE WIRES WITH FULL ELECTRICITY WERE ON. THIS IS AN UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICESI will justify and what ever it takes the Law should be justify for the consumers form company like you. We have returned to the customers home and made the repairs that he requested I believe that this complaint is resolve  thanks

Thank you for contacting Service Plus, I have spoken with the service technician that was at your home he informed me that the reason you heat pump system was operating in auxiliary heat is that you have a refrigerant leak and the system needs to be pressure tested to...

find the leaks and then repaired and recharged with new refrigerant.  He also stated that the leak was diagnosed with a electronic sensor and that at no time did he damage your piping or heat pump.I under stand that would wanted us to save the refrigerant but this simply cannot be done until the leak is identified and repaired.  The original proposal leak test and repair and recharge your heat pump was $850.00 we feel that our offer of doing this repair for $425.00 is very fair.We will not agree to pay for another company to do the repair on your system due to the leaks being present before we arrived to service you heat pump.Feel free to contact me directly Chris C[redacted] -317-938-2998 Service Plus - Owner

Hello  It is unclear what they are asking for can you please clarify Is the customer willing to accept a $125.00 payment to resolve this complaint ?

[redacted]. I want them to send Trane Rep to my house to fix the damage sheet metal and realign sheet metal so it goes back the way it was before last tech took it apart. They are the only ones that has worked on my unit last 3- times for Preventive service & cleaning . Please respond on sending A Trane dealer if they are unable to fix and or finish job they started on this Complaint . Or $ 125.00 paid to me and I'll get some one to address this Issue there choice .

They have been working on my unit last 3- years  On Pm's. And last year they damaged electrical Componet's and also fixed the contractor & and 1- comp. Componet's burnt up by a Tech Toby ?  They made good on that service run and Jennifer office clerk agreed to fixing unit that they worked on& damage. And added 1- year pm service. Due to there code of ethics 100% customer satisfaction agreement on work. Anyway from end of yr. 16- yr. 17 they were doing normal work 3- services . When we had are heating unit taken care of they sent tech Matt B[redacted] ? Which was a older and a good tech. So when my A/ C service was ready for service I Requested Matt per. Email which they knew up front. They end up missing 2- appointments & finally apolized for mix up from new girl in office and sent a younger kid new to there company without checking with me on my Request ,  sent out a kid out that was not detailed & worked with a Impact gun that damaged holes to line up panels in a hurry ck-eye all holes some panels not even dropped down correctly on pad, that's how he forced all hole sideways screws went in sideways . Then Cory tech that damaged panels said he's sorry but, you probably ought to call Trane you have 10 yr warranty on parts and labor. I said No you guys have been working on this unit , you damaged unit you call! He made some kind of comment we are not a authorized dealer for Trane , then I said then why have you guys been doing all preventive maintenance  on my unit then. Then he talk Service Mgr. Kirby ? Told him probably need all new sheet metal etc.. Then tech Cory said Don'T worry you guys are our customers we take care of are customers. Also, wife spoke to Chris C[redacted] owner of ServicePlus and he told wife they jumped on him for taking all the panels off to wash condensers fins from cotton wood& dog hair sucked in over time. Which this company has worked on my unit only them pass yrs. No other people to Blame! !!  Chris asked for photos he Requested , then blew us off after photos were sent. They need to stand up for they work as in there Brochure Code Of Edtics 100% Satisfaction &  be Responsible for there work legally that they incurred         Regards,   [redacted]

Dear Mr [redacted], Thank you for your feedback on your recent service with Service Plus,  I have reviewed the issues that have arose from our visit to your home and spoken with our staff and the technician that worked on your air conditioner.  I know that their are two sides to every...

story and I can only go by what I am told and what I observe from our staff and from speaking with you on the phone, it is my opinion that the panels on your air conditioner where damaged before our visit and that our technician did everything he could to put the panels back in place correctly.  I would advise you to reach out to the installing company and have them address this issue.  I have offered you a refund of the $99 you spent with our company.I hope this helps  Thank you  Chris C[redacted] Owner Service Plus
