Service Plus

My furnace - Carrier Infinity 96 stopped working on Dec 31 2015. The installer of my furnace "Service Plus" - made many excuses why they could not come. I said it is winter, they are the installer in 2007 and they should be here. I may have made 6 calls to the dispatcher - Shanon (rude person). She always stated that I call another company.

After a second company came on jan 4th they could not fix it. They told me that the Carbon Monoxide levels were high. Asked that I call the carrier dealer.

When I called Service Plus again and said that another company found high levels of CO when the furnace was turned on. She said she could not find a person until the following day in the afternoon.

I called [redacted] and they came the same day (Friday the 8th) in the afternoon. The lady at the reception[redacted] was pleasant and wanted to help immediately. On that Friday [redacted] diagnosed and ordered the parts to be here on the 12th January 2016. The installer from [redacted] friendly, excellent people skills, pleasant to talk with and was helpful in answering my questions and was her on time.

To anyone who reads this - I would say be cautious of using Service Plus after the experience I had with them.
