I accepted an offer to complete a job in June of for Mrs [redacted] We completed the job, were paid the amount of $950.00, provided a receipt and were given an excellent review by Mrs [redacted] afterwards on Angie's ListI was sent a Lien Waiver in September of 2015-several months later and I called Mrs [redacted] to ask as to why it was needed since it offered no job descriptionIf there is no job description on the Lien Waiver, and all of the work was completed and paid for-I did not see the need for itI replied that I would send it in and I have already called her Mortgage Company and spoke with them myself as well as their "repairs department." I faxed the Affidavit/Lien Release/Waiver to them this morning (before Mrs [redacted] made this complaint this afternoon.) I also followed up with emails and a call with no answer to Mrs [redacted] to let her know that I had done so-- and to provide her with a copy of the original signed document and the fax confirmationOn the voicemail that I was left this morning, Mrs [redacted] advised that she "Did not know what my problem was" and that she would "contact Angies List, The Revdex.com, and her Attorney," and file a lawsuit because I may have affected her credit rating." After speaking with her (Reverse Mortgage) Company I was assured that she would not be in default over the lien waiver and that it was for record in their filesI am unsure as to what else I can do to make the situation any betterI have signed a document and followed up on it, and let this client know so before the complaint was generatedI am unable to make client happy after doing everything within my power to do so

I have received confirmation that mortgage company now has the lien waiver on fileI was not given a confirmation number but was told that if Mrs*** calls in that they will let her know that they have received itThank you in advance and Best Regards

I am rejecting this response because: Some of Ms***'s responses are not the way her concerns were stated to me Her initial concern were that that she was been asked to warranty the "roof", i.ethe entire exterior If she was concerned about what she was signing she should communicated with me or the mortgage company, instead she ignored the waiver OR, she could sent a copy of our contract with the waiver to the mortgage company.As to she saying that the mortgage assured her that the mortgage would not put me in default for her not providing a waiver, why did I receive a certified letter that stated "DEFAULT NOTICE"? When I called the mortgage company they said the notice was sent because they did not receive Service Pro's waiver It was only when I made this complaint that Ms*** communicated with me When the mortgage company says they have received the waiver I will withdraw my complaint
