As their name implies, the company operates in a very professional manner and is very customer oriented. They've responded within a reasonable time should any issues arise and have followed through on their commitments.

Guys from service professionals were extremely professional and courteous.
[redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] did an excellent job on the install and they were respectful of our home. They were prompt, and were a pleasure to deal with.
Big time thumbs up!

Review: I purchased a furnace, water heater and humidifier which was installed over a two-day period on December 2, 2013 and December 3, 2013. The Service Professionals' technicians informed me and my husband (in writing) that they could not pull 240 volts from breaker panel and the office would be told first thing in the morning for an electrician to come out. On Friday, December 6, 2013, my husband called the company to ask why we had not heard from anyone regarding the completion of the humidifier installation by the electrician. He asked that someone call regarding the situation by Monday. On Monday, December 9, 2013, I called and was transferred to someone "who coould help me with this problem". I was transferred to a female (didn't catch the name) and was asked if I would be available on Tuesday and that I would receive a call back because she would contact the electrician and he would get back to me. My salesperson called me right after this call and said he was unaware that there was a problem with the installation having not been completed. I filed a complaint on January 3, 2014 with the Revdex.com but was told today that it had not been received. I am filing my complaint again today (January 28, 2014). It has been almost two months and no one has contacted us. There have been no permits or inspections issued or performed for this equipment. I find the customer service at this company to be extremely poor.Desired Settlement: Since there seems to be a problem completing this job, the company can remove the humidifier equipment and issue me a refund check of $1,929.00 since this equipment has been paid in full..

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

However, I was told by T[redacted] that the equipment will be removed (today) on February 27, 2014. The appointment was to be between 8:00am - 9:00 am. It is now 10:00 am and I have not heard from anyone at Service Professionals. Exactly when am I getting my refund since I don't trust anything these folks say because of several untruths that were told to me when I spoke to [redacted] regarding this situation.

Review: On July 9, 2013, a technician with Service Professionals visited my house and evaluated my A/C unit and was charged for that service. He also changed a condensate pump and blew out a drain line. The total bill came to $718.81. After a couple of days, I phoned Service Professionals to discuss the bill and make certain I had been charged correctly. No one was available and I left my number to be called back. To date, no has returned my call.Desired Settlement: This charge of $718.81 seemed exorbitant for an inspection of the unit and a 15 minute replacement of a $50.00 condensate pump. I had the nagging thought that I had been over charged in some way. But no one called me back, so I do not know.
