I'm needing your office to respond and take off this complainant . This customer came in to our store last Friday and asked us to give her a total vehicle check out and to let her know every thing wrong with her vehicle. We gave her a price to fix every thing and she said she didn't
have that much , so we ended up giving her a new quote to get her fixed up for awhile till she could afford more work. She agreed to the price of 1,for total repairs. The customer even came here and saw every thing that was bad on her car and requested we go ahead and order the partsWe had about in parts and was really giving her a great out the door price . When she came back to pick up her car once it was ready and repaired, we told her it was and was handing her keys, she was in a great mood, was very nice about every thing , then she gave us a credit card and it only went through for 503. We then told her it was not a good card and asked for another card for the balanceShe took off with her keys and her carWe kept trying to call her and she then told us over the phone that she would make payments and we told her that this was agreed on and we don't except payments, and also told her she needed to bring the vehicle back right now and the police were called on her for theft of servicesShe still hasn't came back to pay her bill, and the police are looking for her vehicle. This post that she left needs to be removed , she should not be allowed to say anything bad about us , cause we did every thing correct, we treated her no different then any other customersShe lied to us and took off with out paying. This is not expectable

The manager proceeded to print out the receipt and he stapled it to the invoice and let the mechanic drive around and let me drive off. When I received the call, twice from the receptionist and the manager, I had specifically told them I couldn’t give them any more payments until friday. I did not just leave , they let me leave. They specifically told me HALF THE PRICE OF 1500-2000. that’s the only reason I agreed for them to fix my car. I don’t appreciate them calling me a thief at all because i’m not one. All I asked was that the price was clear and if I would’ve known it was that much , I would have never brought the car back to be fixed at all. Unacceptable for a business to threaten someone especially upon agreeing when the next payment should be. This is the response I left on her original Google review......Mrs. [redacted], thank you for this review. These reviews help us correct our mistakes. First and foremost, I am sorry for all the confusion. Here at Service Pros we strive to be the BEST. This time we failed. My service manager failed to...

explain to you that with a leaky master cylinder the power booster needed to be replaced at the same time in order to take care of your brake problem. We offered to pay Lexus for a second opinion on the diagnosis to confirm our diagnosis was correct. You declined. We also offered to credit you the 475.00 towards the booster repair and you originally declined this offer. You came in a few days later to except this offer....(823.00 booster & labor- 475.00= 348.00) 348.00 would have been your balance due. However, there were NO remanufactured boosters available NATIONWIDE. Service Pros stands behind ALL our repairs 3 years/36,000 mile warranty. Lexus's warranty on this repair is 12 month/12,000 miles. We try to make everyone feel like family.I also took the customer out and showed her where the master cylinder had been leaking after we replaced the new one. I was able to do that because there was a trail down the power booster where the brake fluid had eaten through the paint. We tried every thing to get this customer taken care of but she just refused the offer on a second opinion. As you can see by my response to her Google review, I offered to pay the dealer for the second opinion and she refused. She wanted to go to her friends auto shop. I feel Service Pros is not at fault as the master cylinder was defective.
