Mr*** called Service pro on 2/24/in the PM, looking for our service techs to look at his washerI told him we didn't have a work order for himhe had called *** Corp, and they told him we would be thereThis was the first I had heard about Mr*** problemHe was very upset,
was very rude, said he was going to call Revdex.com and he would call me every day until Service Pro's was out of businessAbout 1/hour later *** called to say they had booked Mr***I told *** I did not receive the order*** wanted to know when I could go to his homeI told them it would be on the 29th of FebruaryAgain on the 25th of February, *** sent me me the work order to be done on the 26th FridayI sent the work order back to them that day saying I had told Mr*** my next appointment day is the 29thThen on the 26th, in the am, Mr*** called and wanted to know what time my guys would be thereI explained to him, that I had told both *** and him that couldn't do the call until the 29thAgain he was rude and hung up on meAt this time I thought I would call him on the morning of the 29th and try to reason with him and do the callLittle did I know he did call the Revdex.com and I received a letter on the 27thThis made me very upset seeing I had nothing to do with the appointments *** had madeWe have been in business since and never have had any complaints about our serviceMr*** never called to say he was sorry and that he understood about what had happenedI wish I could have worked this out with him, but I don't think feel this was our faultThe complaint was filed by Mr*** and Service Pro's didn't know anything about his issue
