Just received AWESOME service from Brad I had an attic fan in need of a new motor A competitor wanted to charge me for a total fan replacement Brad came to the house and said that all I needed was to replace the motor This honesty was so refreshing! Brad returned one week later to complete the repair He was friendly, professional, and extremely respectful of my home, even cleaning up after I was sooooo impressed I recommend Brad for all electrical projects What an awesome home service experience! Brad was AMAZING !!!

We had a floor replaced in our kitchen by *** *** When they were done they offered to move back the stove and refrigeratorWhen they moved the refrigerator, they tore the floor in a couple of placesThey tried to repair it, but you can still see the cuts. They sent another man to try to fix them,he could notHe came a second time, still the sameThen he checked the rest of floor, he found bubbles in the floor, not against the trim, and it is in crooked .I have called them a lot.and months ago they told me they were getting pricesSince then I have herd nothing,I CALL AND NOBODY answers, I leave a message, but nobody calls backAt this point I fell they have no intention in repairing the floor

Air breaks 2 days after year warranty. And [redacted] basically says tough your problem til Monday. Disabled people in home and no air or fansResources for Seniors dealt with [redacted] at service pro. All he wants is money no customer serciceDesired SettlementNew air installed on August 17 2014. Spoke with [redacted] the owner. Said it was out off warranty and he won't be back until Monday. And he hung up. This is not the first issue we have had with Service Pro.air just stopped working today and disabled person lives here. [redacted] has no concern for customers. This was paid for by Resources for Seniors. No air and sick.Business Response /[redacted]/Thursday August the 20th Mr. [redacted] called me advised that his air conditioning has stopped working. I'd advised them that the one year labor warranty has expired but I agreed to work on the air conditioning anyways because it has just missed the warranty and I think it is the right thing to do. However, I was unable to be at his residence until the 23rd of August because of prior commitments I had with other customers. Mr. [redacted] seemed to understand the situation. A day later Mr. [redacted]'s wife called me and threaten me by calling the news station and reporting me to Revdex.com(which they did)and arguing with me and using "fowl" language at me if I can't come immediately and do the repair, unfortunately that was not possible for me to get out there sooner. This was the second she has done this to me by arguing with me on the phone, the first time she was mad at me and fussing with me over the phone because she had to wait for almost a week before I can come to her house and replace her air conditioning system and ductwork after I was awarded the job from Resource for Seniors , once again I had prior commitments to my other customer's at that time and I can't do the job for her right away and break my promises with my existing customers .Now I get this complaint from Revdex.com saying that I don't care about customer service and I only care about the money which is simply untrue. I do recall last winter I have worked on their existing furnace(installed by another company) twice for no charge; first repair I had to replace the flame igniter and the second time I had to clean the flame sensor which that was a maintenance issue. Mr. [redacted] did write me a check for the second time but I never did cash it. I take a lot of pride in customer service and I have an "A+" rating from the Revdex.com and I am very proud of that. I feel like they where wrong by reporting me to Revdex.com for bogus reasons and I have thought about this and I really feel uncomfortable going to the [redacted]'s residence because I feel like it will be a hostile environment; with that being said, since the one year labor warranty has expired and the last phone "conversation" I had with Mrs. [redacted] I believe the best for both of us is for you to find another HVAC company to do the repairs.
