I have never been treated so poorly on the phone before my experience today with Service Quick A male employee on the phone hung up on me three times, refused any identifying information and refused to let me speak to any kind of supervisor If you look up this company on Yelp, or any other company review sites, you see pages and pages of negative reviews and complaints about similar experiences with their customer service department Obviously this is a chronic problem, and nothing is being done Surely, some "higher ups" at this company care about how negatively their poor customer service department is reflecting of their companyThe condescending, hostile and flat out rudeness I received today isn't acceptable, no matter who you are, or what the circumstance is Something should be done about this problem

This company is HORRIBLE!!! I received no phone call from them to let me know an estimated time of arrival, and had to call them times (spoke to managers) I do not know why Samsung is using Service Quick, because they have the WORST customer service I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, and if I had a choice I would NEVER use them again

I unfortunately have had to deal with this horrible company for the past year, I purchased a Samsung Washer after recently buying a home a I have had several issues with the equipment, Samsung contracts the business Service Quick to do repairs. My first experience was with a young lady that was extremely rude, so rude that it made you want to personally visit the establishment to put a face to the nasty attitude that the young lady displayed. As I was trying to explain the first of several problems to occur to my appliance she continuously wanted to try and be little me on the knowledge that I had on my appliance, as if I was the one that broke the appliance. After a lengthy go around and speaking with a manager I was finally able to resolve the issue. All and all after several run in's with the company they have so many hang ups and horrible customer service and tact that I am thoroughly disappointed in Samsung in continuously employing this sorry company to service their appliance.

TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE> We have been trying to have our refrigerator fixed for 3 months. Leaking water everywhere. we have a warranty that we purchased through them for $150. When they call they are very rude and totally unorganized. I think the whole thing is a scam. I am now on hold with them for 28 minutes!!! WHAT? their name is service quick. Also, they call you and leave rude messages like "this is the second time trying to reach you and your sevice will be cancelled if you do not call ua back right away. WHo can stay on hold for 28 minutes. You cant get a hold of them

My Samsung dishwasher started showing a smart auto and heavy error code, and not many companies in the Bay Area works on Samsung. So I called Samsung for a repair and Service Quick came out to repair the unit. When the tech named Dennis arrived he put on shoe covers right away and after a brief talk he knew exactly what the issue was. He replaced a sensor and everything worked great.

This company was hired by Samsung to repair our recalled washer. They have missed their appointment times twice now (once for 11/14 and once for 11/21). I called them today to check on my appointment and was told they changed it to 12/1 without letting me know. The lady got an attitude on the phone and told me she was disconnecting the call at the time. I have called Samsung and requested a legitimate company come to my house because I surely won't be letting anyone from their company into my home. Customer service is terrible and the lady answering phones could use a lesson or 12 in dealing with a customer.

I recently called [redacted] for an internal water leak inside my refrigerator. I was forwarded to Service Quick Inc who came out and repaired the [redacted] Refrigerator. The repair was done properly however when the service tech slid the refrigerator out he damaged the front door by hitting the island counter. I called the tech back with no interest in returning my calls any further. The next step was to escalate the complaint to Service Quick Inc. After several attempts I finally reached a customer relations manager. She shared absolutely no interest in supporting the repairs of the damages caused by her service tech.Hardly what I would call good customer service. Never Again!
