This complaint is completly obsurd and ridiculousThe customer could not afford my services and repeatly asked for discountsShe asked
for the cheapest items available due to her extremely small budgetAll chairs and other items were delivered and SIGNED forThe plates were clean upon delivery and that is what was on the invoiceThe deposit was withheld due to the wrecked items that were on found or better yet not even returned the day afterThis is a desperate attempt for her to recover the money she couldn't spend in the first placeShe tried using her fiancee's cousin that is a former employee as an anchor to getting a dealThe only thing I regret is allowing her into my office because she has brought more headaches than money to my business

The response from the company is not accepted because her company will not take responsibility for their actionsTime and time again the owner has tried to imply discounts were asked for, the business offered a referral discount when a relative referred us to herAll items were paid for at the price she listed without any negotiations, I wasn't at a swap meetShe is not the cheapest business but I truly believe you pay for what you receive which I thought would be the case here and unfortunately was notShe may be referring to the discount she offered us when she said "if you pay for the items in full within two weeks I will not charge you taxes, as I will not have to invoice you and go through accounting", we sadly made the wrong decision to do that and paid the company all the money up frontMonths later she tried to charge me the "taxes" she had not charged me and I let her know that was not the agreementWhen I went to her office to pick up a receipt for the items we talked about the taxes and she agreed it was fine since her husband had let her know they did not report the $1,I paid her in cash (through PayPal) in her end of year report to the IRSAt this point I am aware getting our deposit back will be like pulling teeth out, I am just satisfied people will be able to publicly view this complaint so they can think twice about doing business with a company who is just hungry for money and makes a living out of ripping off honest, hard working peopleI should have listened to my relative when she said "she's really good, but be careful she'll charge you for anything and everything"

That response truly reveals the character of the customerWe will no go down to their levelSmall claims is always an option that will be a better forum for thisI will not refund anything to such a low class person that is claiming tax evasionHer relative was right, I will charge for everythingThat is the legal meaning of a businessIf she did not want to be charged she should have had an organized pot luck instead of contracting meIf I get my items back in the condition they were signed for, she will get her depositAny incentives offered was to allow her to have a decent wedding, this goes on to prove no good deed goes unpunished
